The International Academy of Cosmetic Laser Surgery offers physicians, clinic owners, and practitioners everything they need to know to reduce liability, practice laser safety, and implement Standard of Care best practices.
Our training platform equips cosmetic laser practices with the necessary tools to be efficient and legally compliant in all matters of laser operation as well as offers practicing applications for optimal patient outcomes.
Medical Laser Safety Officer
Our course has been approved by the Board of Laser Safety and prepares individuals to practice as a MLSO Intern in a medical spa or laser clinic.
Each student will receive an Academic Internship Certificate and is the first step to fulfilling the eligibility requirements towards CMLSO Board Certification.
A designated Medical Laser Safety Officer is required by OSHA who must establish and implement a formal Laser Safety Program and has the authority to monitor and enforce the control of laser hazards.
